After filling out your intake questionnaire and meeting your family, I'll deliver a sleep plan made specifically for your needs and goals.
After reviewing your sleep plan with you, I will be by your side to support and coach you through the sleep training! Think of it as having a coach and cheerleader in your corn while you build new routines with confidence. I will be there to ensure you and you baby makes change. We'll fine-tune along the way, making adjustments that fit your child's gorwth and your family's rhythm. And I'll leave you with tools and routines that last well beyond our time together, so you feel empowered to keep the progress going.
