I'm Laura — a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Certified Sleep Consultant, and mom of two active boys. I support families who are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure about how to help their child sleep, regulate, and thrive.
Being a parent is one of life’s greatest blessings — and also one of its hardest challenges. I truly believe we don’t talk enough about the tough parts of raising children. It stretches you, changes you, and grows you in ways you never expected. And while it brings deep joy, it also comes with moments of frustration, doubt, and exhaustion.
When both of my boys were younger, sleep was my biggest trigger. As a pediatric OT, I knew a lot — maybe too much — and I put enormous pressure on myself to find the “perfect” approach. But here’s what I’ve learned: there is no one-size-fits-all number or method. The right amount of sleep is simply what works for your child. If we slow down and truly listen, our children will show us what they need. And that’s exactly how I approach sleep support — with responsiveness, respect, and a deep commitment to connection.
My work is warm, practical, and designed for real life — the kind of real life where you’re juggling a baby, a household, and maybe even that half-finished skincare routine on the bathroom counter while your inbox fills up before a deadline. I know how overwhelming the sea of sleep advice can feel. I cut through the noise and offer clear, compassionate strategies that actually work for your family. We’ll build a plan together — individualized and collaborative — that reflects your values and your child’s unique needs grounded in child development, sensory integration, and a deep understanding of parent-child dynamics.
Whether your little one is struggling with bedtime battles, short naps, or frequent night wakings, you won't be doing it alone. I'll help you find real solutions — without sacrificing your bond or your peace of mind. I'll be right there beside you with daily check-ins, quick pivots when things shift, and steady encouragement every step of the way.
Because better sleep isn’t just about longer stretches at night. It’s about children who wake up happy, and parents who feel grounded and recharged — ready to show up as their best selves, both at home and at work. Sleep is not a luxury. It’s a foundation — for growth, for learning, for well-being. Let’s work together to restore rest, build healthy habits, and bring more calm to your days and nights.
