 For over 30 years Pathways.org has been a trusted resource for parents and healthcare professionals. Since 1985 we have provided free tools to maximize child development and help all children reach their full potential. 

The Nurturing Nook provides essential breastfeeding support and serves as a hub for local support groups, while also offering valuable child development resources and access to women's health specialists.

Dr. Stephanie is a women's health specialist certified in the Webster Technique and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), focusing on prenatal care. She offers breastfeeding support and utilizes child development resources to enhance her practice. Additionally, she is board certified in physical therapy, incorporating exercises to help her patients regain strength after injury.

Carrie has a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and has worked as a women's health specialist for over 10 years, focusing on areas such as breastfeeding support. She is also a Pilates instructor and a Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates Specialist through the Center for Women’s Fitness. Additionally, I am a Diastasis Rectus Abdominus specialist, which refers to an abnormal separation of your 6 pack muscles, and I provide valuable child development resources to support new mothers.

Natalie is a birth and postpartum doula who mainly does birth work, but also helps prepare women for birth and postpartum. She is also a nurse and worked in the OB field for 10 years prior to becoming a doula. She is passionate about ensuring women know their rights and informed consent since seeing that being taken advantage of in the hospital time and time again. She is also trying to bridge the gap of care when mom's go home with their babies and are most of the time left to their own devices with little help.

At our office, serving South Elgin and surrounding areas, we believe that raising a child is a rewarding—as well as a challenging—experience for a parent. Our goal is to help you enjoy this experience and to ensure that your child's full potential is reached.

As pediatrician, we believe that healthy children are the results of healthy families and communities. We provide a holistic approach to treating our patients that truly encompasses the entire well-being of each child.

We have a simple goal at Generations Chiropractic: Help families get healthy and stay healthy. Dr. Colleen thinks of herself as a guide on your journey of discovering what true health is. Much of what we’ve been taught over the years doesn’t ring true with many of our patients, who are seeking a more holistic, natural approach to conceiving and raising their families. Dr. Colleen has been practicing for nearly a decade, and she’s seen many miracles happen in that time. She has two kids of her own, has suffered a miscarriage and knows the struggle of trying to create the  pregnancy and birth process you want, when the medical community is telling you something different.

Chaka is a “down to earth” seaso we doula and mom. She is lively and you can just tell she loves her job from first meeting.

Chaka is a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and Lactation Counselor as well as a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, supporting families in the Western Suburbs since 2014. She is passionate about empowering families through education, guidance, and hands-on care, from pregnancy and birth to the postpartum period.

Chaka's journey into birth work began while searching for a doula for her second child’s birth, sparking a profound passion for supporting families during this transformative time. Her commitment deepened as she recognized the critical importance of postpartum care in helping families thrive. Chaka specializes in working with families of all types and sizes, with particular expertise in supporting families with multiples.​

Rebekkah has a thirst for knowledge with a vision for empowering women and caregivers. Supported Serenity Doula Care provides positive, evidence based, holistic, and empowering support for all families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Services are available to families throughout Chicagoland within a one hour radius to Hoffman Estates including Chicago, Burr Ridge, Roscoe, northshore, and northwest suburbs.

Amy has a deep passion for supporting women—whether they are just beginning their journey into motherhood, navigating the ongoing challenges of being a mom, or simply working through the complexities of womanhood. She is dedicated to helping women feel confident in how their bodies function and move, so they can participate fully in the activities they love without hesitation or concern. Amy strives to empower her patients not only to improve their physical concerns, but also to understand them—transforming fear and uncertainty into confidence and control.
